We are looking to add three more amazing Account Managers to our team These people are the face of our company - they manage the day to day relationships with our clients and make sure that everything that needs to happen, happens. Description

Hey We are looking to add three more amazing Account Managers to our team These people are the face of our company - they manage the day to day relationships with our clients and make sure that everything that needs to happen, happens. The account managers are the point person that essentially becomes an extension of your client's team - you will text, call, email and meet with your clients daily - at times it will feel like you are working for 4 or 5 different companies all at once Account Managers are responsible for thinking big picture strategically and creatively while also being able to pay attention to detail and get the meticulous tasks done. Your to do list could look like creating an annual report or strategy plan to fixing a broken link on a website to assigning a new website project to your graphic designer to happy hour with a client all in one day You will be able to utilize many resources such as the other people on your team (Graphic Designers, Content Creators, Web Developers, etc.) as well as fostering relationships with other vendors (Printers, Partner Companies, Photographers, etc.) This is easily the hardest role at our company because you will feel pulled in many different directions sometimes and it is your job to manage your time and priorities in order to keep your clients happy while also keeping your head on straight While an Account Manager's main role is to take care of their clients, there is still a company that you work for and represent - The it Crowd We take our culture and our goals very seriously here. You will also be required to participate in internal meetings with your team and help us continue to solve problems that may arise or come up with creative ways to help grow The it Crowd - whether that be business development, marketing our own company, internal processes and more Every person we hire has a major voice on our team and we expect you to be a participator Some of the things you might expect on a day to day basis: Morning meeting with the entire team to go through your KPIs (key performance indicators) and to discuss and solve any issues that are happening. A call with a client that is unhappy with the postcards you sent to them the week before and want to talk about their feelings while you think on your feet about a solution that you can do quickly to share with them. Then running over to your graphics teams and knocking it out quickly to send to make everything right in the world again. Meeting with your client to present the things you and the team have accomplished for them the past week/month and discussing the plan for what you will tackle next for their account Researching a new client and doing a SWOT analysis for them - looking at competitors and coming up with out of the box ideas that you will present to them to get approval on Picking up the phone to call a client to discuss information on a design you are working with your graphics team on and you don't have the exact information you need Texting one of your clients asking if they want to grab drinks - just because A meeting with part of your team to brainstorm the next month for a client and figure out what we want to do with them in their scope of work. Looking at your task list and prioritizing what needs to be done today for each client, what you can delegate to others, and what then figuring out the best and most efficient way to accomplish those tasks. Checking in with your project management software to prioritize what needs to be done today for each client, what you can delegate to others, and accomplishing them in the most efficient way. Walking over to your social media team and chatting with them about the tasks you have delegated to them - coaching them on what needs to be done and having a quick impromptu meeting of the minds to WOW this client. Spending an hour looking through google analytics and analyzing what we need to do next for this client Googling how to do something because you have never had to tackle a task quite like this one before And much much more Qualities of an account manager: Is a strong communicator Likes being busy and having a million things on their to do list Cares about people - clients, teammates, vendors, ect Organized and good at prioritizing Has the ability to stay focused and not get distracted Loves to wear many hats and has thought about running their own business before At The it Crowd we believe that our vehicle is exceptional marketing.
