The Revenue Management Solution Tower manages technology strategy and delivery for Pfizer's Commercial Business Units, the Global Access and Value (GAV) organization and Pfizer Commercial Finance teams. This role partners with the Pricing Dynamics team business team that is part of GAV's International Market Access Ops & Innovation organization.

What You Will Achieve

You will help Pfizer build its information technology solutions. You will leverage your technical skills to design, develop and implement IT solutions which satisfy the short term or long terms needs of Pfizer. You will work on systems architecture, network systems and application infrastructure to deliver results.

You will be responsible for working directly with system users, support team members, solution tower colleagues, and system owners, documenting technical procedures and\or requirements, coding, testing, and contributing to operational and project-related efforts as assigned for global platforms.

Role Responsibilities

Responsible for design/development of business-critical Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices and meet/exceed customer expectations. Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript, data models, creating workflows, and configuring custom objects and fields), integrations with back-office systems (using MuleSoft, middleware and API's) and complex data migrations. Work with business product owners, Solution Architect to assess business requirements and translate those into customized & scalable solutions using the Salesforce platform. Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices, Enterprise Architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture & design, environment management, testing, and Platform education. Develop/maintain Apex classes, Triggers, Validation Rule, Workflow Rule, Approval Process, Lightning Web Components, Data Loader, and Visualforce Pages on the Force.com platform to customize applications according to functional needs. Confirm the technical design and integration requirements with various systems to support processes that require data exchange. Review solutions and ensuring that the Salesforce solutions are scalable and perform optimally (even during high volume periods), are secure and meet compliance requirements. Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions with other team members. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality. Collaborate with Product Manager and Support Operations team to review releases and roadmaps from Salesforce and evaluate opportunities, as well as potential impacts to current applications, orgs, and solutions. Negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the product teams and third-party service providers. Partner with the Support Operations team to ensure considerations for long-term support requirements are identified for all new solutions. Evaluate new technologies that can improve the Salesforce solutions and recommend changes or additions as needed, staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices. Implement and maintain DevSecOps practices using tools such as Copado, AccelQ, and Automation, ensuring security is integrated into all stages of the software development lifecycle. Apply strong knowledge and understanding of technical analysis to execute systems operations and support processes within Pfizer and Pfizer Digital Apply skills and knowledge to contribute to efforts through creation of procedural and\or requirements documentation. Identify and address issues to support leads and\or project workstream leads. Analyze and summarizes operational data, identifying trends or areas for improvement. Function as a technical resource within the team and contribute to the completion of project tasks and organizing work to meet project task deadlines. Perform business process mapping and analysis. Document and transfer knowledge to others as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a data science, computer science, software development or engineering related discipline with at least five years of relevant technical experience; OR Master's degree with three years of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree with eight years of relevant experience; OR Ph.D. with 0+ years of experience; OR 10 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of Salesforce Development experience At least 2 Salesforce Certifications (preferred PD I, PD II, Advanced Administrator.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)

Skills Required

Experience developing custom and declarative solutions using Salesforce framework and technology stack. Hands on development experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura and LWC), Force.com and JAVA/J2EE, exposure with CICD and integration tools like MuleSoft, Copado, GitHub, Jira, IDE tools like Visual Studio and Eclipse) Experience with Continuous Delivery of complex Salesforce solutions. Follows established Salesforce development standards and best practices. Experience delivering in a structured environment like SDLC. Strong interpersonal skills and experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to adapt to changing working conditions and work assignments. Seizes accountability/self-starter. Highly developed sense of responsibility and discretion Proven ability to manage tasks to completion, making decisions in ambiguous situations while working as part of a team. Willingness to contribute fresh and innovative ideas. Quickly learns new skills and knowledge readily. Team oriented. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $93,500.00 to $155,900.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
