**Come Join Our Team** We are looking for a top performing **General Manager**.
Our team at the **147 room Courtyard Columbus Dublin** is ready to help our guests create lasting memories. We offer spacious rooms and suites, well-appointed with contemporary amenities and deluxe bedding. Our guests can recharge and reconnect with a cocktail and dinner at **The Bistro and bar** and wake up to a cooked-to- order breakfast and specialty **Starbucks** beverage.
We are ideally located in Dublin, Ohio, minutes from corporate headquarters and businesses, event venues, The Ohio State University, Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, Muirfield Village Golf Club, Nationwide Arena, Lower.com Field and numerous playing fields for youth sports are also close by. We are also within walking distance to **Historic Dublin and the new Bridge Park dining and entertainment complex**. **Some Key Areas of Responsibilities include:**
* Promote and market the property.
* Manage budgets, financial plans, financial records, and statistical information.
* Recruit, train, and coach staff.
* Achieve profit targets.
* Deal with guest complaints and comments.
* Compliance with all current brand standards including regulatory and Commonwealth Hotels.
**Requirements:**
* Strong interpersonal skills and possession of a full understanding of professional business ethics, decorum, and social skills.
* Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
* Detail-oriented professional.
* Understanding of group and transient sales process and forecasting procedures.
* Excellent organization skills, manages time well, correctly prioritizes and is flexible.
