*The Courtyard by Marriott Columbus Dublin* is currently looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a General Manager. Join us in providing exceptional experiences and creating lasting memories for our guests.
Located in Dublin, Ohio, our 147-room property offers spacious and contemporary rooms and suites, complemented by modern amenities and luxurious bedding. Guests can enjoy dining at The Bistro and bar, savor a cooked-to-order breakfast, and indulge in specialty Starbucks beverages.
Conveniently situated near corporate headquarters, event venues, universities, zoos, and golf clubs, our hotel also offers easy access to Historic Dublin and the new Bridge Park dining and entertainment complex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and market the property effectively.
- Manage budgets, financial plans, and statistical information.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff members.
- Ensure profit targets are met.
- Address guest feedback and ensure compliance with brand standards.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of professional business ethics.
- Professional appearance and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in sales processes and forecasting.
- Exceptional organization and time management abilities.
