About the Position:

The Automation Lead is responsible for creating, maintaining, and documenting automated solutions to streamline complex business processes. They will lead discovery sessions, oversee RPA adoption, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business and technology transformation aligned with the client's objectives.

You'll Excel in this Role if You:

  • Possess analytical, strategic, and innovative thinking.
  • Identify and automate eligible business processes.
  • Design efficient automation solutions based on business requirements.
  • Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions following best practices.
  • Document current manual processes and assess automation potential.
  • Troubleshoot and provide technical support for RPA solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards.
  • Train end-users and team members on RPA solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for process understanding and requirements.
  • Perform ROI analysis for processes.
  • Support solution design, production issues, and enhancements.
  • Facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather requirements.
  • Document the existing environment and dataflows.
  • Gather non-functional requirements (security, performance, etc.).
  • Define configuration specifications and business rules.
  • Maintain system processes and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Stay current through professional development and training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4+ years in RPA or full-stack development.
  • Experience with automation software, preferably UiPath.
  • Knowledge of RPA best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience integrating RPA with SAP or other ERP software.
  • UiPath Development certification
