This dispatcher position offers **steady, full-time work**.
As a Dispatch / Customer Service Rep (CSR), you are the key to keeping our customers happy and informed. You interact with customers and ensure that their HVAC issues are correctly identified and that the appropriate services and technicians are scheduled and dispatched. When issues and concerns come up, you professionally and patiently handle them, finding various resolutions and answering questions. You inform clients of their services, help technicians as needed, and keep your workspace clean.
