Overview

We are seeking a bi-lingual (must be fluent in English and Spanish) Customer Service Rep to join our team at our facility in Buford, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and possess excellent communication skills and time management.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person
  • Process customer sales orders, following processes per ISO
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Collaborate with sales team members regarding customer expectations, pricing, and samples
  • Manage cusotmer interactions regarding complaints (pricing, delivery status, product quality, returns, etc.)
  • Collaborate with accounting team regarding new accounts set-up, credit limits, credit holds, etc.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in SAP is preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task is a must
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and calmness in a high pressure situations
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is required
