FGV is the worlds third biggest oil palm plantation operator, has the worlds largest bulking and storage facilities for vegetable oil and is Malaysias top refined sugar producer.In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at FGV Shared Services Centre Sdn Bhd**Job Description****KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**Supervise the team to ensure accurate and timely document processing. Assist Team Lead in administering the finance processes, reconciliation of accounts and other reporting requirements. Support process improvement initiatives to further streamline the management of accounting transactions. Identify best practices that lead in productivity and process standardization of the finance functions. Assist Team Lead to perform end-to-end accounting functions. Supervise the accuracy, completeness and timely document processing as well as compliance with the related Group Policies and ProceduresTo supervise Accounts Payable activities including document processing performed by AnalystsPrepare routine reports and other documents as requestedGenerate reports and analysis for management reporting, audit and forecasting purposes**QUALIFICATIONS AND WORKING EXPERIENCE**Degree in Accounting or Professional Certificate is preferableRelevant working experience in Finance function, experience in a supervisory positionKnowledge in SAPStrong customer relationship skills, excellent communication both in writing and verballyStrong leadership quality and experience in managing a team would be an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
