Position Summary
As Director Service – South Shore, you will ensure the smooth operation of the department by coordinating team work and ensuring daily customer satisfaction.
Your experience in personnel management will be highlighted daily as you coordinate and supervise the work of the department’s teams, which consist of over 35 employees. You will collaborate with the Laval Service department to ensure consistency between the North Shore and South Shore.
You will utilize leadership to establish sales goals for representatives, and as improving customer experience is at the heart of your concerns, you will use your ability to establish trust relationships.
In order to develop and motivate the team, you will annually evaluate team members, establish and monitor individual and departmental objectives.
Good adaptability is essential for coordinating the drafting and maintenance of procedures, ensuring various regular follow-ups, producing and developing reports, participating in the recruitment process, and supervising schedule and vacation planning.
A good understanding of the tasks of each position on your team is important to support staff and, if necessary, respond to customer calls by providing solutions.
You will perform other related administrative tasks.

Desired Profile
Are you the person we are looking for?
In addition to being rigorous, organized, and passionate, the director of the service department is a good communicator with skills in operational and strategic planning, quality control, conflict management, business negotiation, organization, and decision-making.
You have completed university studies in business management or other related fields and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Any combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Since we have clients across Canada and the United States, you can easily communicate in English and French, both orally and in writing.
