Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee all branch operations, including supervising day-to-day activities, coordinating with various teams to streamline processes, andmaintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity.
Drive business development initiatives to expand the branch's market reach and enhance revenue streams.
Lead and manage team members, setting performance goals, evaluating individual performance, fostering team spirit, and cultivating a high-performance culture that supports staff development.
Maximize branch profitability by optimizing gross margins and ensuring efficient branch operations.
Utilize financial and operational data analysis to inform data-driven business decisions.
Take the lead and actively engage in company-wide initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is preferred; being a goal-oriented, self-starter is required.
5+ years of experience running an operation or service shop in a similar industry.
3+ years' applicable hands-on mechanical experience is preferred; afundamental mechanical mindset and comprehension are required.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Possession of a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is preferred. Being eligible to obtain a valid CDLand acquiring a CDLwithin twelve (12) months of hire, are required.
Must pass a DOT physical including drug screening.
Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach.
Must be able to lift and move more than 50 lbs. without assistance.
Must be able to get into and out of various vehicles without assistance.
