We are looking for a Guest Service Champion to join and lead our dynamic Front Office Team

What you will be doing?

  • Maintaining the highest standards of quality guest service.
  • Developing short and long term financial and operations plans for the guest service department that relate to the overall objectives of the hotel.
  • Achieving budgeted revenues and expenses and maximize profitability related to the guest services department.
  • Maintaining proper supervision over all aspects of operations up to but not limited to Engineering, Housekeeping, and F&B.
  • Overseeing all problem resolution matters in the absence of Rooms Division Manager.
  • Increasing level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an exceptional product through employee development.
  • Managing the reservation function to maintain the highest possible room occupancy and average daily rate through suggestive selling by associates.
  • Maintaining and correct procedures for credit control, financial transactions, security of financial assets, and guest security.
  • Responding and resolves guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
What you bring to the table:
  • MUST have comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
  • The ability to assist with the design and preparation of statistical reports and presentations as needed.
  • The ability to accurately report information.
  • The ability to lift and pull 20 pounds
  • The ability to push, bend, stoop, reach upward, and have manual dexterity.
