THE ROLE:

As a Plumbing Customer Service Rep, you stroll into the office with a cup of coffee in hand, ready to tackle the challenges ahead. The phones are already ringing, and you dive right in, fielding calls from customers with a smile in your voice. Someone needs a leak fixed ASAP, and you quickly dispatch a technician while reassuring them that help is on the way.

Meanwhile, a new customer calls in, impressed by our online reviews and eager to schedule a service. You walk them through our gold membership program, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. As the day goes on, you handle administrative tasks with ease, keeping our records organized and our customers informed. And when the last call of the day is answered, you know you've made a difference in someone's life - that's what keeps you coming back for more.

SCHEDULE:
