Expertise in all facets of H.R. (Employee & Labor relations, Safety and Workers Comp, Benefits, etc.) Plusses P.H.R. or S.P.H.R. preferred Automotive manufacturing or supply industry experience Day to Day HR Business Partner for a full-time position in Liberty NC, responsible for regional management support and employee relations for warehouse and manufacturing facilities in North Carolina. Provide comprehensive HR support, including talent management, employee relations activities and programs, and performance management. Act as the primary HR point of contact for local employees. Handle facility operations for roughly 60 employees across two shifts, including managing client relationships in the automotive industry from an employee relations standpoint.
