From shaping policies to managing complex investigations and litigation, you’ll influence at all levels and champion a positive, inclusive workplace.Your ImpactLead and mentor senior professionals across Employee Relations and HR Business Partner teams.Set strategy for ER and HRBP functions in partnership with the CHRO and business leaders.Oversee employment litigation, regulatory matters, and high-profile investigations.Partner with executives on workforce planning, policy design, and compliance across multiple states.Deliver executive-level reports and recommendations to drive business outcomes.Use data and analytics to identify trends, mitigate risk, and improve organizational health.Build strong relationships with senior leaders, legal counsel, and external advisors.Support major initiatives, including M&A and organizational restructuring.About YouBachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.10+ years of experience in employee relations and HR business partnership within large, complex organizations.Deep expertise in federal and state employment laws and compliance.Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and executive-ready.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.Why Join Us?This is an opportunity to shape the future of HR at an enterprise level, lead transformative initiatives, and make a lasting impact on organizational culture. The pay range for this role is $185,000 to $215,000. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
