At Sonder Healthcare, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help hire the best of the best to take care of our patients ant their families.Responsibilities:Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various positions within the organizationSource and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networksScreen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidatesConduct phone, zoom and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managersCollaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategiesUtilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and track progressConduct reference checks and background screenings as neededMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment databaseStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisitionSkills:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managersProficient in using recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS)Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualificationsKnowledge of training development principles is a plusAbility to reliably commute/relocate to Sacramento, CA 95834 before starting work (Required)Any other related duties as assigned.Two years of recruiting experienceOur Mission:At Sonder Healthcare, we're on a mission to empower patients and families on their journey to recovery.
