This position will pay a base salary of $55-$60K annually with an additional 30% in earnings potential based on individual sales and weekly bonus opportunities. Duties & Responsibilities: Lead store talent acquisition and talent development; including but not limited to direct recruiting, partnership with recruiting department, training new team members and ongoing development plans for store associates. Building strong partnership with Clinical services. Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure all staff members are achieving desired sales and operational goals Communicates effectively and builds a strong partnership with the Support Center and Human Resources Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area and all staff is trained on process Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised) to ensure 100% compliance. Other duties as assigned and required. Key Qualifications You have an associate's degree or 2 years of advanced education You have demonstrated leadership ability with at least three years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You have the skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people. You have the ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment. You’re knowledgeable on talent acquisition, talent development and CA HR processes. Do you have schedule flexibility? Work hours will be determined based on business needs Optical experience and bi-lingual Spanish are a plus.
