Pay rate: $35/hr. to $40/hr.

Job Summary:

The Regulatory Project Analyst will be responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining product compliance information systems. This role will support compliance processes, conduct data analytics, and drive process improvement initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance for our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support compliance processes for import operations of loose engines (EPA, CBP ACE).
  • Conduct data analytics and develop tools to support compliance efforts.
  • Drive Regulatory Compliance process improvement initiatives.
  • Complete other compliance-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product compliance, preferably in powersports, automotive, or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and IS project implementation.
  • Familiarity with data systems such as AS-400, DCU, ROSC, PPM is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, PowerBI, and Jira.
  • Ability to comprehend regulations and identify compliance systems opportunities.
  • Strong leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Education:

  • Minimum 2-year, Associate-level degree required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
