This position reports to the Foundry Manager and has daily team interactions within the Foundry Departments. Top level priority of the Foundry Supervisor is to lead their team by managing their own words and behaviors, setting an example that engages employees, and own the Scheduling process that leads to safely producing quality castings and on time delivery to our customers. The Foundry Supervisor works closely with the Foundry Manager to direct the day to day activities of the No Bake area up to 4 hourly employees.
