Production Manager
Essential Duties
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Layout, Fitting, fabricating, and welding parts for assembly.
- Use of diagrams, blueprints, or instructions to fit, tack and weld product.
- Operation of other necessary fabrication equipment.
- Identify serviceable vs. non-serviceable parts during the assembly process.
- Follow procedural guidelines during the fitting/welding process.
- Proper use of power and manual tools.
- Proper use of calibrated gauges, power and manual torquing devices.
- Technical Capacity
- Proven skills in TIG, MIG, & Pulse MIG in stainless steel.
- Proven skills in blueprint reading, and layouts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Knowledge of generally accepted best practices and theory.
- Good mechanical skills
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of shop use of measuring devices.
- Basic knowledge of quantitative methods.
- Communication Proficiency
- Organization Skills
- Time Management
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment :
The employee will be exposed to shop floor conditions, i.e. noise, heat, cold, dust/dirt etc.The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to Two years of related experience.
