Role Description
This is a full-time Project/Product Management Specialist role at Wondera. The Project Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects, including project planning, coordination, and execution. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This is a hybrid role, located in the San Francisco Bay Area with flexibility for some remote work. Fluent Mandarin speaking candidate would be a plus but not required.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in program management and project management
Expertise in project planning and organizing resources
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Experience in the technology industry
Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
Ideal Candidate
Self-motivated to problem solve and learn new things with a passion for doing deep technical work.
Understand generative AI technology and their impact to human creation.
Previous personal project or start-up experience with a minimum of experience 2+ years preferred.
Experience or passion for the music industry.
Able to listen intensely, be minutely detailed and able to adapt quickly whilst being organized.
Experience interviewing people to learn and discover their problems.
Strong ability to take complex requirements and convey simple, methodical solutions.
Experience with Google Analytics and quantitatively learn from data.
Bonus if you understand the software engineering lifecycle and development.
