+ Help Siete reach shoppers in stores. + Determine which retail programs and venues are strategically aligned with the Siete brand. + Work with our sales team to ensure constant, transparent, and thoughtful communication with our retail partners. + Collaborate with Marketing to execute key brand initiatives. + Track and coordinate shopper marketing plans, calendars & schedules. + Evaluate the efficacy of in store demos. + Negotiate competitive rates with in-store advertising vendors. + Track the execution of each program to ensure everything comes together swimmingly. + Analyze the effectiveness of each program in order to adapt and improve over time. Ever the analyst, you know how to match sales goals with marketing endeavors so, when they come together, it's the perfect fit ("Ten points for Sorting Hat"). You love to pair marketing stories with sales data, in the right retailers, so shoppers can say, "Yes" to your product, every time. You work to implement the right campaigns, at the right time-consumers might say it's "magic," but you believe magic is something you can schedule, plan, and ultimately make. **About you:** + You use the left and right side of your brain equally. + You're enthusiastic about trying new things, but you also have a sixth sense that alerts you when a retail program might be 'too good to be true.' + You're inquisitive and curious, which helps you navigate the nitty gritty of former 'too good to be true' programs. + Data-driven. (Can also be cold-brew driven). + Tagging along with friends to the grocery store is more entertaining to you than watching the latest season of Stranger Things. + You track the number of secondary placements you've acquired in your life journal like they're Grammys. + You know your way around a budget and manage it accordingly. + You believe that calendars are cathartic works of art. + When it comes time to making life decisions, you've likely got a spreadsheet that's like a (color-coded) blueprint to the inner workings of your mind. + You think it's normal for your vacation photo album to include many shots of the insides of grocery stores. + You appreciate a well-written Excel formula like a glass of fine wine... or a really good taco. + Seeing the people around you succeed makes your heart sing. **What you will do:** **Your experience:** + Some CPG experience is a must. + 2+ years experience in a similar role is a must. + Experience working in brand management or shopper marketing in natural, conventional, mass and club channels is a must. + In-depth knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is a must. + Experience working with a merchandising team is a plus. + Experience working on the retailer-side is a plus.
