Job Summary

The CorporateHuman Resources Benefit Coordinator is a temporary position for 3 to 4-month project including annual open enrollment. This position will primarily support and back upthe HR Manager in all things related to employee benefits. This position will actas a liaison for benefit questions and information with facilities andemployees and will provide excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

Review/audit of benefits reports and data
Tracking of documents to ensure executed timely
Project timeline tracking and reporting
Administrative project support

PositionQualifications

Experience with benefits enrollment technology
1-2 years of benefits-related experience
Organizational skills
Timeline tracking skills
Oral and written communication
Excel(intermediate to advanced), word, ppt
Dataentry
Teams
Ability to work professionally and cooperativelywith all levels of personnel within the organization
Schedule: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m M-F working in theCorporate Office
