Job Summary
The CorporateHuman Resources Benefit Coordinator is a temporary position for 3 to 4-month project including annual open enrollment. This position will primarily support and back upthe HR Manager in all things related to employee benefits. This position will actas a liaison for benefit questions and information with facilities andemployees and will provide excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Review/audit of benefits reports and data
- Tracking of documents to ensure executed timely
- Project timeline tracking and reporting
- Administrative project support
- Experience with benefits enrollment technology
- 1-2 years of benefits-related experience
- Organizational skills
- Timeline tracking skills
- Oral and written communication
- Excel(intermediate to advanced), word, ppt
- Dataentry
- Teams
- Ability to work professionally and cooperativelywith all levels of personnel within the organization
- Schedule: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m M-F working in theCorporate Office
