QA Supervisor

As our QA Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing and improving our quality assurance processes. You will directly support the QA Manager in daily operations, supervise QA Technicians, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Shift: 1st, (8am-5pm)

Pay: $62-$68k (Based on Experience)

Job Description:
  • Conduct quality courses, including blueprint reading, to enhance team skills.
  • Supervise and train QA Department employees, providing technical support as needed.
  • Assist in resolving quality issues, including customer RMAs and corrective actions.
  • Implement and optimize processes for continuous improvement within the QA Department.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality control.
  • Conduct employee reviews and manage disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Participate in company courses and contribute to project teams as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as required and apparent, ensuring efficient departmental operations.
