We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, specifically with expertise in programming Allan Bradley ControlLogix 5000 and Studio 5000, Wonderware System Platform, and FactoryTalk View. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems for our medical device manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement automation solutions using Allan Bradley ControlLogix 5000 and Studio 5000.

Design and optimize PLC programs to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reliability.

Create and maintain HMI applications using Wonderware System Platform and FactoryTalk View.

Ensure user-friendly interfaces for operators to monitor and control manufacturing processes.

Ensure all automation systems comply with GMP regulations and other relevant industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and rectify compliance issues.

Lead and conduct SAT and FAT activities for automation systems.

Collaborate with validation teams to ensure successful testing and documentation.

Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, design specifications, and user manuals.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device industry with a focus on automation.

Proven expertise in programming Allan Bradley ControlLogix 5000 and Studio 5000.

Strong proficiency in Wonderware System Platform and FactoryTalk View.

Experience conducting SAT and FAT activities.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Familiarity with GMP regulations and the ability to ensure compliance.
