Job Title: Total Rewards Manager (Contract Position) Location: Conshohocken, PA Duration: 6-8 months Compensation: $90-120/hour

Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits offerings against industry standards and trends. Partner with HR leadership to design and communicate total rewards strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention. Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary budget planning, merit increases, and incentive programs. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting of compensation expenses. Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation and benefits matters, providing guidance and support to HR business partners and leadership. Monitor legislative and regulatory changes affecting compensation and benefits practices, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and recommend enhancements as needed. Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments related to total rewards as directed by HR leadership.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on designing and implementing total rewards programs. Strong understanding of compensation principles, including job evaluation, salary structures, and incentive plan design. Knowledge of benefits administration, including health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. HR certification (e.g., CCP, CBP, CEBS) preferred.
