Supervises crews, ranging in size from 2-man up to 25-man. Works alongside the crew(s) and leads by example. Ensures the safety of crew members. Retains knowledge of and adheres to both OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures Reviews productivity of crew members. Maintains labor and cost controls. Facilitates daily mandatory safety toolbox meetings. Ensures completion of initial safety and hazard assessments. Participates in safety/incident investigations. Ensures that vehicle and equipment checks are carried out thoroughly. Role models effective interpersonal skills as a coordinating manager and client interface.
