The Quality Assurance Supervisor will establish the operating procedures of the Quality Assurance Department and its mission to verify and ensure that all sales packages are only for highly qualified guests who have purchased a Hilton vacation package resulting in high probability that they will purchase a timeshare This will include:

  • Verifying guests receive accurate information about package cost, premiums, tour, accommodations and qualifications
  • Ensuring accuracy of customer and package information
  • Ensuring adherence to approved scripts
  • Creating performance standards
  • Distributing workloads
  • Communicate department performance to Senior Manager, Director of Customer Care, and provide feedback to all of the sales departments.
  • Responsible for all aspects of running the Quality Assurance Department and enforcing policies and guidelines of the department and the call center.
