Responsibilities include ensuring patient expectations are exceeded, overseeing and integrating the care delivery system along with merging the art and science of nursing to address patient care needs. Schedule Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks Primarily Monday - Friday, daytime hours Occasional evening hours and ability to fill in for shifts dependent on department need Pay and Benefits Exempt role, pay based on experience Full-time benefit eligible | Benefits Guide Qualifications Graduate from a nursing program Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing preferred Minimum of 1 year working in a critical access hospital Registered nurse license in Minnesota Prior leadership experience preferred Melrose Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital and a level IV trauma center, located together with a family medicine clinic. The primary service area is comprised of six communities in rural west central Minnesota, totaling nearly 20,000 residents. Melrose Hospital offers inpatient/outpatient surgery, labor & delivery, recovery and postpartum birthing suites, universal rooms for outpatient services, imaging women's center and private patient rooms are some of the key highlights.
