Job Description: Please note this is a hybrid role working from our Seattle, WA office. The ideal target base compensation range is $145,000. Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong focus on customer acquisition to spearhead the enhancement of our patient booking experience. This role is crucial for optimizing our acquisition funnel and expanding our reach into new customer segments. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing consumer-facing products and a deep understanding of funnel optimization techniques. Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategy and execution of initiatives aimed at improving the patient booking experience across web and mobile platforms. Analyze current acquisition funnels and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates. Drive product development that targets new customer segments, expanding our market reach. Collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, design, and engineering teams to create seamless and effective acquisition strategies. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and product improvements. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Regularly present project outcomes and strategic insights to company leadership. Strong customer and stakeholder empathy. You must be not only the voice of the customer, but at various times the voice of marketing, finance, engineering, support and ops. You must be able to channel many points of view. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, specifically in D2C healthcare or technology products focused on new customer acquisition. Strong background in developing and optimizing consumer-facing web and mobile applications. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and push through challenges. Expertise in using analytics (think Mixpanel) and user feedback to guide product decisions and improve user experience. Experience partnering closely with design and other cross-functional teams to set design standards that are backed by solid product rationale Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership. Independent work style, capable of leading initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
