Human Resources Operations Manager at Bath and Body Works

The Manager, Stores HR Operations, is a seasoned HR/L&D professional who has demonstrated analytical capabilities and a process improvement mentality. Through effective cross-functional collaboration, this manager leverages instructional design experience to support the continuous improvement and development of high impact learning, tools and processes that align with brand strategy to drive results through the customer experience.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Must possess the ability to:
Work closely with HR, store support, and stores finance teams to drive enhancements to internal tools and programs
Translate business needs / cross-functional requests into relevant and outcome-based resources, processes and learning programs
Build and expand talent management tools and self-service resources while ensuring accuracy and impact of all materials.
Manage performance management processes including the mid-year/annual performance review process and OLR/succession planning.
Provide ongoing project management (as assigned), communication, and change management with customers and key stakeholders.
Manage the development process from initiation through completion, including scoping, scheduling, defining deliverables, review cycles, milestone and resource tracking, and reporting.
Evaluate and analyze feedback and key metrics to measure the effectiveness of L&D programs and processes in meeting business goals.
Seek out and leverage best practices and people
Demonstrate continuous-improvement instincts and expertise
Cast a consistent shadow of professionalism, partnership and performance excellence
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong organizational skills; detail and process oriented
Ability to prioritize work, with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proven success establishing rapport with business partners at multiple levels, working on larger teams, and working collaboratively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including: drafting and editing, listening, probing for understanding and articulating messages in a clear and concise manner
Drives alignment by identifying issues/opportunities and working to gain resolution to keep work moving forward
Manages medium to large-scale projects, consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining operational day-to-day coordination
Analyzes business needs while connecting the dots across impacted areas to resolve issues with innovation and creativity
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE
Retail background, store selling/operations experience preferred
5+ years experience in operations
Advanced Microsoft Office application skills
