Latitude is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney in the Harrisburg, PA area to join a distinguished AmLaw 200 law firms Labor & Employment Practice Group as a Staff Attorney. Interested candidates should have at least 3-5 years of experience in labor & employment law matters. The successful candidate will have exceptional academic achievements, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and manage their own workload, as well as excellent research and writing skills. The capability to handle pressure and meet multiple deadlines is also an important asset. Candidates must be licensed to practice and in good standing in Pennsylvania.

Requirements for the Labor & Employment Staff Attorney: 3-5 years of labor & employment law experience at a law firm

Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania

J.D. from an accredited law school

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm setting

Strategic, organized and detail-oriented

Excellent research and writing skills
