+ **Summary:** Assist the division in daily operation or actvities involving Marketing and Sales Programs, Production Scheduling, and Freight by performing the following duties.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following** **.** Other duties may be assigned.

+ Facilitating customer requests concerning new home orders.

+ Providing quotes to the customer and collecting PO's.

+ Working with marketing to provide sales literature.

+ Generating production tickets with a close attention to accuracy.

+ Working with the production team to schedule production.

+ Keeping track of delivery dates and communicating them with the customer.

+ Scheduling and coordinating freight.

**Education and/or Experience**

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related

experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Skills**

+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

+ Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

+ Pays attention to detail.

+ Ability to prioritize.

+ Extreme organization.
