The Network Security Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing a dynamic team of engineers. This role involves directing the Network Engineering team in the design, development, implementation, and support of endpoint security
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive infrastructure and application support (administration, configuration, Incident Management, and monitoring) for Server-related systems in a 24/7 highly available environment.
Conduct root cause analysis and fault isolation to troubleshoot environmental, server, and application availability issues.
Lead projects encompassing the deployment, administration, and support of critical infrastructure applications and systems onto Windows platforms.
Collaborate closely with other IT managers and non-technical business units to define and execute a diverse range of technical service projects.
Spearhead improvements in processes, manageability, availability, and cost efficiency, demonstrating a strong ability to anticipate future demands, growth, and competitive trends.
Analyze Network and implement corrective actions to ensure operational stability and efficient workflow.
Undertake other duties and projects as assigned in a timely fashion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or IT, or a related IT field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical multi-discipline management.
Working knowledge of endpoint security
Ability to promote teamwork while leading and directing the work of others.
Demonstrated knowledge of IT service management.
Leadership skills, judgment, creativity, and comprehensive knowledge of the field are essential.
Ability to manage problems and cultivate collaborative relationships.
Proficient in driving strategic direction.
Proven maturity and strength in team leadership, team building, communication, coaching, and providing timely essential feedback to others.
Demonstrated ability to proactively address problems and situations.
ITIL experience is preferred.
