We are currently seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper on a contract to hire basis to join our clients team in the of area of Miami Shores.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the full cycle of accounting activities, including, but not limited to:
-managing all daily transactions,
-reconciling bank statements and comparing them with the general ledger
-managing the invoices of the company
-preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
-handling tax reports and submitting them to the relevant authorities
-checking entries for accuracy and making necessary corrections
-assisting in the preparation of budgets
-maintaining and organizing financial files and documents
The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel.
