Job Description
The Enterprise Content Management team is looking for a SharePoint Online (SPO) / Power Platform developer with a focus in document management to assist with a pilot program to utilize SPO as an enterprise content management system for large and small document repositories. This project will include:
•Creating an overall architecture that can support multiple customers/departments,
•create taxonomy and content types,
•create retention schedules,
•create custom forms to add and retrieve/search documents,
•create workflows to process documents,
•create workflows based on triggers such as document changes or timed events,
•create a standard security model.
Upon successful completion and adoption of the pilot deliverable, this position may be extended to continue to implement document repositories for a variety of customers for a variety of use cases.
•SPO setup and configuration as a document repository
•Customizing SPO forms and workflows
•Power Platform development experience
•Creating a document taxonomy
•Creating retention schedules
•Creating and using term stores
•365 user security
•Secretary of State trusted system requirements
•Document Scanning experience is a plus.
