This is a temporary role through Magnit Global with one of the world's leading health insurance companies.

Role Summary:

This position is for the eviCore Outbound Team and focuses on select National Accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Assists with outbound calls on prior authorizations with the goal of getting these prior authorizations overturned and approved.
  • Responsible for reporting on the details of outbound calls and the prior authorizations.
  • Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas.
  • Provides standard professional advice.
  • Coordinates with account manager to ensure client needs are met.
  • Informs account manager of account status.
  • May provide guidance, coaching, and direction to more junior members of the team.

Schedule Notes
  • Monday - Friday 8 AM- 5 PM EST (flexible)
  • Training Schedule will be the same
  • 100% Remote
  • Looking for candidates in the areas of Plano, TX/ Bloomfield, CT/Chattanooga, TN. In case this worker converts, then may need to go onsite for Training.
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, and expectation):
  • The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $15.52/hour-$20.69/hour
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met).
