Customer Service Analyst

Role Summary:
This position is for the eviCore Outbound Team and focuses on select National Accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with outbound calls on prior authorizations with the goal of getting these prior authorizations overturned and approved.
- Responsible for reporting on the details of outbound calls and the prior authorizations.
- Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas.
- Provides standard professional advice.
- Coordinates with account manager to ensure client needs are met.
- Informs account manager of account status.
- May provide guidance, coaching, and direction to more junior members of the team.

- Salesforce experience a plus, but not required

- Monday - Friday 8 AM- 5 PM EST (flexible)
- Training Schedule will be the same
- 100% Remote
- Looking for candidates in the areas of Plano, TX/ Bloomfield, CT/Chattanooga, TN. In case this worker converts, then may need to go onsite for Training.
- The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $15.52/hour-$20.69/hour
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met).
