About the Position

This is an on site position at our Bloomfield Hills headquarters. The Customer Service Representative is a position of advocacy for our customer by giving them the highest level of service. This is done by listening, assisting and solving product issues in a timely, thoughtful and honest manner to give them the best customer experience with our company. This position is eligible for monthly individual & team performance bonus and commission opportunities.

What Your Day Looks Like

  • You will be the voice and face of Reverie for our customers.
  • Maintain customer accounts by entering accurate and thorough account information.
  • Troubleshoot with customers to determine issue resolution.
  • Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, and/or exchanges.
  • Conduct payment processing and communication of all financial information.
  • Develop a lasting relationship with the client by becoming their trusted advocate.
  • Partner with all other teams in the company to provide and exceed Customer's expectations.

Why You'll Be a Rock Star

  • High school diploma or GED. Associates degree preferred.
  • Experience in a progressive customer service, call center, or help desk preferred.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters..
  • Strong computer or software skills, experience with Gmail, SalesForce, and Google docs is a plus..
  • Work well under pressure and are able to juggle projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organizational skills, specifically regarding a high volume of correspondences.
  • Extremely comfortable in a fast paced, social, fun environment.
