Description

Must maintain a positive attitude with the Cafe team and guests

Responsible for set-up of daily par/prep and organization of The Cafe

Communicate with management when special products are needed or having problems with food quality or presentation

Proper preparations techniques for station items as designated by management

Responsible for the daily proper financial closing of the Caf and cleaning duties

Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and Caf area

Wiping down tables, chairs, counters and other surfaces in the Caf throughout the day

Replenishing supplies, including silverware, napkins, cups, straws, salt and pepper, to ensure availability for customers

Maintaining open lines of communication with the Prepared Foods department and Culinary team the Maintenance team to ensure larger maintenance issues are attended to

Candidates are required to provide/ perform additional side work
