temp-to-perm, Human Resources Business Partner

for their

SF office . The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This is an

on-site

role.

Responsibilities
Serve as a partner and advisor to the management team around all HR/people related issues and take ownership for shaping and building a high-impact people, talent, and culture function to support organizational goals and contribute to positive employee engagement and success.
Ensure day-to-day people operations that support the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding, benefits, leave and payroll management, talent acquisition, performance management, learning, employee engagement, and retention.
Manage the recruitment and talent acquisition process to ensure the timely filing of key organizational roles with high-quality talent.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, SHRM certification preferred
5+ years experience in HR, with a focus on California and Florida labor laws
Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Familiarity with HRIS systems (Paylocity, Oracle and Smart Recruiters experience is a bonus).
