We are currently seeking a technical recruiter to join our talented team If you are outgoing, motivated and have excellent organizational skills, please consider applying for this exciting opportunity to advance as a member of a successful, supportive team. This position is fully remote; however, due to periodic client visits candidates must be located in the Massachusetts, New Hampshire or Rhode Island area.

Working alongside senior recruiters, you will accomplish full life-cycle recruiting on our clients’ urgent staffing needs in part by:

• Working with our clients’ management teams to fully understand their hiring needs

• Establishing relationships and building rapport with candidates through networking and referrals.

• Interviewing candidates over the phone to assess skills and experience.

• Coordinating client interviews and negotiating offers.

Background profile:

• Our ideal candidates are energetic, outgoing team players

• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

• A self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to details and excellent follow through

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

• BA/BS degree required

• Strong preference for candidates with previous experience working professionally in a remote setting.
