If you are passionate about technology and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization.How you'll make an impact:Provide dedicated audio-visual support to executives and senior leadership, ensuring that their presentations and communications are delivered seamlessly and professionally.Collaborate with executives and event planners to plan and coordinate audio-visual requirements for corporate events, including meetings, conferences, and presentations.Demonstrate expertise in professional audio and video systems to design, implement, and troubleshoot AV solutions tailored to the specific needs of executive-level presentations and events.Build strong relationships with executives and stakeholders, understanding their requirements and preferences to deliver customized AV solutions that enhance communication and collaboration.Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks on AV equipment and setups to ensure reliability, consistency, and adherence to company standards.Provide training and support to executives and administrative staff on the use of AV equipment and technology, empowering them to deliver effective presentations with confidence.Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to procure AV equipment and services as needed, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.What you'll need (Required):Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in providing AV support for corporate environments, preferably working with executives or senior leadership teams.Proficiency in professional audio and video systems, including sound reinforcement, video conferencing, and presentation technologies.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within deadlines.Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.For California, the base pay range for this position is $88,000 to $124,000 (highly experienced).The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
