Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Expect full time, with overtime possible depending on business needs)
Pay: $19-23/hr (Based on Experience)

Duties:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answer phones, and respond to emails in a professional and positive manner
  • Enter data and manage sales orders accurately and clearly
  • Coordinate and schedule with production and logistics departments
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable in QuickBooks
  • Process, document, and file all financial transactions with accuracy
  • Assist with budget preparation and finances as needed
  • Manage office supplies and assist with maintaining company policies.
  • Display willingness to perform other duties as required to support business needs

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in business, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service, accounting, and/or bookkeeping role.
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and QuickBooks.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, time management skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
