Our client is seeking an HR Assistant to join their team. As an HR Assistant, you will be part of the HR department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Willimantic, CT

Pay Range: Please inquire during the interview process.

Shift: 1st Shift M-F

What's the Job?

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and processing paperwork.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
What's Needed?
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
