**Job Overview:**

The Operations Specialist is a valuable part of the fulfillment team that processes all inbound and outbound paper work to courts, process servers, and customers. This role performs broad administrative tasks including document management, data entry and providing support for courts and process servers. The Operations Specialist role is an entry level position with opportunities to grow.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Printing documents and matching them together with document packet

* Opening mail and scanning documents

* Prepare documents going out to and coming in from courts and process servers

* Light data entry as necessary

* Light office housekeeping such as cleaning counter tops and appliances, sweep/vacuum floors, water plants

* Answers phone, greets visitors in the office

* Perform other job-related duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of relevant experience required

* Experience in the legal system and specifically working with Texas court system a plus

* Familiarity with justice court rules and procedures a plus

* Comfortable answering and placing phone calls

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Ability to operate and navigate a computer

* Detail oriented and ability to multi-task in a busy office environment

**Screen-reader and keyboard navigation** Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers can read, comprehend, and enjoy the websites functions.
