This role will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption and implementation of a large-scale business process and technology transformation. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies to support the organization and its employees through the transition.

Location: Jackson, MS

  • Onsite 5 days a week.
  • Some national travel may be requested (25-30%).

Duration: 6 Month contract.

  • Expected to extend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the transformation.
  • Create and manage training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement support mechanisms to assist employees during the transition.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management initiatives, adjusting as needed.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them drive change within their teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in change management, particularly in large-scale technical or business process transformations.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is highly desirable.
