JOB REQUIREMENTS:

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High school education, or equivalent. Valid drivers license with clean MVR and access to dependable transportation. Strong interpersonal, verbal skills. Professional manner and team oriented. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase market share and revenue for Green Home Solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the green and sustainable living sector, including partnerships with real estate agents, property managers, and eco-conscious homeowners. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including environmental organizations, green building councils, and other relevant industry partners. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and materials that highlight the environmental benefits of our products and services. Stay informed about industry trends, environmental regulations, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats. Provide input on product/service development based on market feedback and evolving sustainability trends.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in business development, preferably within the sustainability or green living sector. Passion for environmental sustainability and knowledge of eco-friendly products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey the benefits of our green solutions to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals. Solid organizational and project management skills. Bachelor's degree in business, environmental science, or a related field is preferred. Desire to transition to sales after demonstrating business development skills.
