We foster opportunity both for our customers and the employees who serve them. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** As part of the Sling customer experience team you will be a champion for delivering exceptional experiences at every point in the customer and employee journeys. In this role you will be responsible for creating a welcoming onboarding experience for new employees and enriching culture for all employees. This includes learning about Slings business, market, strategy, goals, products, people, and values which will provide the background and context for new team members to be successful in their new roles. Additionally, you will be responsible for enabling the customer experience team to provide best-in-class care to prospective and current customers. Employee experience: * Work with hiring managers and department leaders to identify needs of incoming employees * Coordinate with IT, HR, and hiring managers to ensure new employees have all necessary supplies, materials and resources on day one. * Create basic intro to Sling trainings, schedule exe cutive meet and greets, build social networks among new employees * Act as resource for new employees * Continually improve onboarding processes based on feedback from onboarding surveys conducted by Dish HR * Assist with creation and execution of employee recognition programs * Assist executives with internal employee presentations and communications Customer experience coordination: * Assist with strategy implementation to improve current and prospective customer experiences * Manage Sling events calendar and updates utilized by the team to deliver an optimal experience **Skills, Experience and Requirements** * College degree * 1 - 2 years of work experience preferred * Excellent writing and communication skills * Excellent organizational skills * Positive and welcoming demeanor * Drive to continually create new and better solutions that will enhance both the customer and employee experiences * Comfortable communicating with different departments, executives and new employees * Basic excel/sheets proficiency * Instructional design experience preferred **Salary Range** Compensation: $57,400.00/Year - $82,000.00/Year **Benefits** From versatile health perks to new career opportunities, check out our benefits on our careers website.
