JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated General Manager to lead our location in Plano, Texas. This role is all about creating unforgettable

experiences for our guests and ensuring the utmost satisfaction of both our valued

guests and dedicated staff members. As the General Manager, you will be the

driving force behind our commitment to exceptional hospitality, striving to exceed

sales and profit goals while upholding the highest standards of quality in food,

beverages, service, cleanliness, and sanitation. Join us in creating a warm and

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure only the highest quality products are served and they meet each Guests

expectations.

Ensure a high standard of service efficiency, sanitation, and training.

Ensure all productivity and quality standards are maintained.

Understand, comply with, and enforce All Company policies, procedures, and

operating standards. All federal/state/local laws and ordinances.

Prior P&L responsibility - Results-oriented with proven capability to marry

quantitative analysis with qualitative assessment/measurement in program

development, evaluation, and refinement

Assist with the development, performance, coaching, and training of Staff

Members.

Responsible for reporting any Staff Member issues to management.

Lead front-of-house operations.

Perform opening and closing responsibilities and assigning duties to Staff

Members, and including overseeing bar set up and conducting a walk-through of

venue.

Lead and manage successful, quality shifts by consistently utilizing systems and

tools.

Oversee labor control and assign duties to Staff Members.

Conduct inventory on a consistent basis.

Ensure overall Guest and Staff Member satisfaction.

Communicate and establish rapport with Guests.

Engage with Guests to ensure guest satisfaction and retention through table

visits.

Accountable for all facets of service, production, and quality controls.

Responsible for comping and discounting Guest checks when applicable.

Adhere to responsible alcohol service established by local law and company

policy.

Understand and utilize all safety and sanitation practices defined in the safety

program; report any accidents.

Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or determined by the General Manager.

General Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

4+ Years of Experience in food and beverage management roles in multi-unit

setting.

College Degree Preferred

Bar Management Experience is a MUST

Excellent reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills.

Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts.

Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced

environment with minimal supervision.

Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.

Health permit/food safety and Alcohol Awareness. Staff Member must

obtain certifications/cards individually and provide proof of possession before

the first day of employment, subject to local laws.
