Technical Manager, Data Migration

In this position you will manage and develop a technical team responsible for the migration of client data to Netsmart's wharehousesResponsibilitiesManage and develop an ETL teamDesign, develop, and maintain the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements, understand data sources, and ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL processImplement data validation, cleansing, and enrichment techniques to improve the accuracy and completeness of dataMonitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to identify and resolve issues in a timely mannerCommunicate deliverables and set expectations with clientsLeverage appropriate staffing models to balance project quality and revenue targets; ensure timely, clear communication to all stakeholders and clientsWork across the matrix to solve client problems and deliver business resultsDevelop and deliver strategies to improve individual client health and overall experienceDrive continuous improvement efforts internally and on client-specific engagementsSupport associates accountable for sales pipeline to reach quarterly bookings targets by leveraging client relationshipsQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree or 4-years relevant work experienceAt least 2 years leading a team responsible for data migrationMust have experience with ETL tools like AWS Glue, Microsoft Fabric or InformaticaDemonstrated knowledge and understanding of Data Lakes/Warehouse and Business Intelligence concepts and the deliverables associated with these types of projectsAbility to build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutionsAbility to make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forwardAbility to manage escalations at the executive levelAbility to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholdersAbility to develop people to meet both their career goals and the organization's goalsNetsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
